    Questions, answered.

What counts toward my interview allowance?

A completed participant session — one that reaches the end of your discussion guide. Drop-offs, no-shows and abandoned sessions never count. Interviews are the only thing we meter: studies, concurrent projects, syntheses and seats are unlimited on every plan, including per-study purchases.

What happens if I go over?

Nothing stops. Additional interviews bill at $85 each on Studio and $75 on Agency, shown in your account before you launch them. If you're consistently over, we'll move you to the tier that costs you less — we'd rather have the renewal than the overage.

Can I pass the cost through to my client?

Yes — most firms line-item a discovery in their SOW. A 25-interview discovery at $2,750 replaces around 11 consultant-days, or roughly $17,000 of billable interviewing and analysis time at a $1,500 day rate. At 100 interviews the ratio widens further. The pass-through math is easy to defend.

What do I actually get at the end of a study?

Not just transcripts. Raccord synthesizes every interview into reviewed insights, identifies recurring pains and automation opportunities, and produces an evidence-linked memo — each recommendation traceable to what participants actually said.

Should I buy per study or take a licence?

Below roughly 110 interviews a year, per-study is cheaper and you should buy that way. Between 110 and about 300, Studio wins. Above that, Agency — at 400 interviews it saves you $9,250 against Studio, and white-label comes with it. The calculator above will tell you which one you land in, and we'll tell you the same thing on a call, including when the answer is "don't buy the licence yet."

    What does white-label actually cover?

Participants see your logo, your colors, and your domain on every interview link, and findings memos carry your brand. Your clients' stakeholders never see the Raccord name. It's included in Agency. If you want it on a lower volume than Agency covers, talk to us — we'd rather find something that works than lose you over a tier boundary.

How many seats do I get?

As many as you want, on every plan, at no extra cost. We don't charge per user — we'd rather your whole team could put Raccord in a proposal than count logins. The same goes for studies and concurrent projects. Interviews are the only thing we meter.

    How does billing work?

A study is paid once, upfront, when you buy it — nothing recurring, nothing to cancel. A licence is a twelve-month commitment billed annually in advance. Overage is invoiced at the end of the year, not per interview, so there's one predictable bill rather than a meter running in the background. If annual upfront doesn't suit your cash flow, say so on the call — we can usually work something out.

    Do unused interviews roll over?

Interviews in a per-study purchase belong to that study. On an annual licence, your allowance resets each year and unused interviews don't carry forward — but if you finish a year well under, tell us at renewal and we'll move you to the plan that fits rather than quietly renewing the wrong one.

    Which languages are supported?

Interviews run in English and French today, with account-level locale settings. More languages are on the roadmap.
